Warranty Coverage

Regal Sleep offers a manufacturer's warranty for up to 25 years on our mattresses. Please refer to the individual product details for specific warranty duration, as it may vary by model. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during the specified warranty period.

Exclusions

We want to make sure you fully understand what is not covered by this warranty. Please note that the following are not covered, including but not limited to:

• Mattress Fabric: This warranty does not cover stains, soiling, or burns on the mattress fabric.

• Damaged or Torn Handles: Handles on the mattress should only be used for positioning the mattress and should not be used to support the full weight of the mattress.

• Border Wires: Any damage to border wires, which run along the perimeter of the mattress and foundation, due to moving or bending the mattress (unless specifically designed for use on an adjustable base) is not covered.

• Bedding Sold as Is: Any bedding sold as is, or with pre-existing defects, is not covered.

• Bed Height: The height of the bed is not covered under this warranty.

• Comfort Preference: Changes in your comfort preference or any adjustments to comfort layers are not covered.

• Heat Issues: Any heat-related concerns are not covered.

• Damage Due to Abuse: Damage caused by abuse or misuse of the mattress is not covered.

• New Mattress Material Odor: Any odors from new mattress materials are not covered.

• Inappropriate Foundation: Damage to the mattress due to the use of an inappropriate foundation or base is not covered. A mattress is designed for optimal performance when used with a matching foundation as part of a complete sleep set (refer to slat and platform beds).

• Minor Manufacturing Anomalies: Minor manufacturing anomalies, such as mis-stitching on quilting, that do not impact the performance of the bed are not covered.

• Please be aware that any mattress displaying any of the above-mentioned stains or damages will render any and all warranty claims null and void. To maintain your warranty, we strongly recommend the use of a mattress protector at all times to ensure your mattress remains in good condition.

Normal Body Impressions

We understand that over time, your mattress may develop normal body impressions as it adapts to your unique contours. The sleeping panel of your mattress is constructed with a combination of foam and comfort fibers. When your mattress is brand new, you will notice that the panel appears uniform in loft and appearance. However, as your mattress ages and adjusts to your body, it may develop slight body impressions. These impressions are a natural part of the mattress conforming to your individual shape.

Please rest assured that these slight body impressions are completely normal and do not affect the performance, support, or overall lifespan of your Regal Sleep mattress. In fact, they indicate that the mattress layers are adjusting to your body's needs, providing you with a personalized and comfortable sleeping experience.
